Background
ACT specialises in the design and production of superior quality electronic Access Control and Door Entry products. ACT is the market leaders in Ireland and are expanding rapidly in UK and Benelux regions. Gordian began working with ACT in 2005. At that time, the ACT were looking to align their online offering with their brand image, reduce administration support costs and provide a value add service to their end user and installer customer base.

Solution
Gordian worked very closely with ACT marketing department to define the online brand image and with the product and technical support departments to identify the administration tasks that could be moved online. ACT web site now offers detailed product information, technical manuals, software download facilities. Gordian has also developed ACT.EU which is targeted at the Benelux region and available in multiple languages.

Client Relationship
Gordian continue to work with ACT on an ongoing basis providing support to the site administrators and working with the ACT team to develop new ways of moving their business online.
