Solution
Verve engaged Gordian to conduct a multi-phase project consisting of: business process analysis and design; cost benefit analysis; development of a fully integrated web enabled system for back office administrators including an iPhone application for sales staff; organisation design and change management. A separate project involved designing, implementing and monitoring an online marketing strategy and execution plan.
